When you are ready to make strides toward a healthier, leaner and fitter you, visit our Orangetheory Fitness studio in Castle Rock, Colorado. Our gym location is clean, spacious and easy to find. There is plenty of parking, and we are open early in the morning through the evening hours in order to accommodate your busy schedule. Our fitness studio makes it easy to come in and enjoy a well-rounded workout.


We offer 60-minute classes at our location. During a session with us, you will go through a multitude of interval exercises. Each particular exercise only lasts for a couple of minutes. At each station, you will do bursts of physical activity. The result will be a big boost in your metabolic and heart rates.


Our instructors are experienced with helping people make and achieve personal fitness goals. Each teacher has a different personality and is able to encourage and challenge you as you exercise. If you need some guidance or coaching, your gym instructor will do what it takes in order to motivate you to do your personal best during the workout.


Orangetheory Fitness sessions are for anyone who is seeking to lose weight, boost their metabolism or increase their endurance. Athletes participate in our sessions in order to gain power while intermediates come to us to be able to exercise longer or more intensely. Beginners find the change of pace and variety of exercises to be motivational and fun.

WHAT DO YOU BURN FOR?
I Burn for myself. We only get one vessel throughout our lives and we need to take care of it! I Burn to be able to play with my kiddos when I am older and not just watch them play.
 
WHY FITNESS?
I chose fitness because of my own journey through hard times and injuries from the military. We all have goals we are trying to reach but we limit ourselves with our own minds! I want to help people break that barrier and realize what they are capable of physically and mentally. Our minds will give up before our bodies do. Die living, dont live to die!
 
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE OTF EXERCISE?
Tough choice..... Depends on the day its either the Rower, or Burpees!!

WHAT DO YOU BURN FOR?
I burn for LIFE! As time if flying by I have realized that I work out to be able to move and keep up with my family. I spent many years training as hard as I could to change he shape of my body. My life is so different now and I want to be strong so I am able to do all the things my very active family wants to do!!
 
WHY FITNESS?
I was looking for a job where I could serve a community and change lives. I have had a diverse corporate past that I learned a lot from but I wanted more! I love when members tell me how they can now do things they couldn’t do before.
 
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE OTF EXERCISE?
Hummmm probably any dumbbell swing, snatch, shoulder press! I love 99% of the exercises so this one is HARD!
 
WHAT DO YOU BURN FOR?
I burn for Spartan Races! OCR (obstacle course races) are incredibly challenging both physically and mentally, the transition from the OTF workout to the course is the perfect training routine. Endurance days prepare me for the mental challenge to find my edge and keep pushing through. Strength days get me prepared for hills and help strengthen my upper body to be prepared for climbing over walls and rope climbs. Power days remind me to push a little bit more and use explosive energy because there's always more to give when you think the tank is empty.
 
WHY FITNESS?
I do what I do because healthy and fit people are happy and confident. Whether it is myself or someone else there is something extremely inspiring about someone doing something they once thought that they couldn't do. Every single day in fitness there are opportunities to break mental boundaries and see that come to life physically. As a coach I am honored to witness that in so many individuals, it's really special. Fitness creates a confidence in individuals that is something you can't achieve elsewhere that's why I chose fitness!

HEART MONITORED TRAINING

 

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

COACH SUPPORT

 

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
